I didn`t make it out with my car, due to last mintue drivabilty issues. I dont recall what happend in Stock Appearing, only Super Street.
First: Pat from Ottawa ran 11.49@129
Second: Timbo "Greek" Grech, Who could have possibly won, had he not missed 3rd gear. (best of 11.60@121)
Third: Pat from ForcePower (best of 11.99@nearly 120)
The track was really sticky, 1.65 60 foot`s for Timbo on 18`s in sh!t rubber! Altogether, the day made for some really good and close racing.

I'd like to take this time to thank everyone that came out for our event. It was great racing and congrats to all that participated.
Results. (times from final races).
SUPER STREET: 1st place. Pat Cheang. 97 AWD. 11.48 @ 129 mph 2nd place. Tim Grech. 93 AWD. 12.87 @ 103 mph
STREET STOCK: 1st place. John Cubberley. 92 AWD. 12.69 @ 108 mph 2nd place. Jason Harris. 90AWD. 13.25 @ 108 mph
NON TURBO: didn't run. (not to many of these show-up)
Note: I think Tim set a personal best in the semi against our car, with us missing third gear. Then in the final Tim missed third gear, which is a shame, because I think it would have been a slug match all the way to the finish line. That's how it goes in heads-up racing. Pat Cheang, well done that's one great car. To all the rest of the participants, your all winners in my mind, just for having the balls to line up and go for broke. To us, this is what its all about, running the cars and having some fun. We will be doing this every year, so lets hope it grows and we see more of the DSM's we know that are out there. Special thanks to the SO-DSM guys for there help and participation.
Mark.

Thanks Pat and Mark for the event. It was great to have some stiff competition for a change (test and tune @ cayuga is good for a boat load of 15 second civics). It was also great to meet some other guys like Pat Chaeng and Joel Stevenson (I'm not a cheater, I just bend the rules). The car felt great all day. I started off in eliminations with a 12.1@116MPH which was kind poor but I did some mods the night before so I had some tuning to make up for it. In the end, the truck turboed talon went 11.60@121MPH in the semi's to eliminate the Forcepower 1Ga shop car. Up against Pat Chaeng, I knew I had to cut a light and burn some rubber. So with a jump on the light and a 1.65 60-ft, I knew I had a chance... then I flopped up and missed 3rd gear. Oh well, better luck next year. Oh btw, shame on you guys who didn't come out... this was an awesome DSM event.

Thanks to the ForcePower guys for hosting this event. It was definitely a good time. And thanks to the guys with the red Pontiac who gave me the bolt to fix my shifter rod. Otherwise, my car would have stayed on the trailer.

Yep, thanks for the great day ForcePower. Very helpfull guys I hope you put on another day next year as well. Also thanks to Tim for handing me my ass, hehe. And, thanks Jay for nursing me and my blown head gasket home. Four stops and several liters of water and we finally made it home hehe. Now just have to convince the wife it's time for a 6 bolt, hmmm.

I have pics, but I gotta sort thru them a bit, I did alot of multishots of cars at the lights. I have around 600 pics, but that will get down around 100 by the time I get them sorted out.
Does anyone happen to have a copy of the ladder so I can tag some of the races.
Thanks

Alot are series of shots as the cars staged and launched, then a few at the bottom end of the track. So everytime the cars staged I have about 6-15 as they take off.
