Anybody had good luck with window tinting? I am looking for a reasonably priced place, that offers a lifetime warranty on tinting and does a good job. Im looking in the gta, Hamilton to Oakville.

Thanks

FXAuto 905 471-7555, in Markham does good work, they have a few different tint films,~200-250 for a Talon. FYI, Wayne, the owner told me he's had lots of problems with these cars, with the door windows catching the tint. He didn't really know why, that was his experience. For the record I've not had my Talon tinted, but he's done 2 other cars for me with great results.

What all are you looking for a lifetime warranty on? You can get it on the labour, tint defects & also colour. If you want a film that is guaranteed not to fade you need a tint without any dies (which most cheeper tints use), the good stuff that doesn't fade is a metal film. I had a previous car done by an installer in Newmarket, who uses FormulaONE products. It had a lifetime warranty on everything, the quality of the install was excellent (tint cust by computer controlled machine), the owner seemed like a nice guy & the tint was perfect for the 4 years I had the car. He wasn't the cheepest around but you get what you pay for & I didn't think the price was out of line at the time. Think it was something like $230-250 for a complete job. Not sure if you want to drive to Newmarket but I would imagine there are other installers closer to your area that use the FormulaONE products, which are top notch.
