Yah, to be quite honest my game improved a lot. It's the whole natural up and down that gets me. I made $800 USD in a week once online, cashed out half of it, and the rest just eventually dwindled down. I'll probably fire the online poker back up soon and give it another shot.

I much prefer playing at a real table, I won't play online poker. I don't trust the internet that much.

Hhhhmmmm I forgot some key words in the above post.

I won't play online poker for real money.

I do play it online for some experience, though very different. smile

Started on Party Poker but quit there after a few months with over $5 million in my account. Then I went to Poker Stars and the play is better (yes it's still play money play... but better).

Of the money that I made, I did the best on Full Tilt Poker. That eventually went downhill, as did the rest. If you ever feel like reading any good hold'em/poker books, I highly recommend The Theory of Poker and Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players by David Sklansky, or if you're more into tournament style play, check out both of the Harrington on Hold'em books by Dan Harrington. Excellent reading!

Although maybe you shouldn't take advice from someone who lost most of the money they won! laugh

I am more into tournament play because I enjoy it more. But you make your bread and butter at the cash tables. I preffer no limit.

I have not read any of those books but I will check them out. Nothing beats experience but grabbing some ideas from books to get the basics down and to learn certain things to keep an eye out for while playing helps. I've personally read Brunsons Super Sytem 2 and Caro's Book of Poker Tells both of which I recommend.

Bahh... I hit a 13.5 with stock exhaust and stock cams at 16lbs of boost. AFR is 11.5:1 and timing is 18 deg. Little knock in 3rd and 4th, but only about 1* of timing retard.

I think hitting low 12's at 22psi with a 3" exhaust is easy.

So a 3" exhaust and more boost should knock off almost 2 seconds...
Easier said than done smile , certainly doable....

Oh, I'm not saying that I am going to set my car up this spring, hit the track and bang off 11's all day... I am very confident I'll hit 12's but I REALLY want to hit 11's.

That night I pulled the 13.5, it was the only run I did. It started raining as I was pulling up to stage and they closed the track.

I think it's doable... but we'll see. I want to be part of the 11 second club!!! frown

Hey, we'll see next year... hopefully I'll be side-side with you going down the track.

BC 272's are out, just scored a near-new set of FP2's for cheap!
