The body molding piece that mounts to the lower portion of the door so it matches the side skirts.

ohh im shure them door caps are hard to find;) haha my eclipse came as an eclipse so i dont have to worry bout these issues! It somehow just feels better knowing my car never started its life as its twin brother talon:)

You know, if i had the cash I'd do that.. just buy an eclipse. grrr

I didn't end up going to Shannonville. I was pretty tired and the thought of unloading all the stuff from the car and shelling out $100 didn't appeal. I'm sure my gf wouldn't have approved either!

I test fit some 16x9.5's at Calabogie with 265-45-16 V710's. Looked nice, similar to Scott's and at 15.5lbs the wheels are light. Thinking about picking them up.

The wheels I use are Kosei K1 Racing. 16x8.5. The ones I test fitted were 16x9.5 Circle Racing Series 82. I couldn't find any pictures on the web of those.

It would have been tempting, but I'd have turned it down for the same reason I don't take my father's motorcycle for a ride. A) It'll really make me want to buy one more, and I can't afford it; and B) I couldn't afford to fix it if it broke while under my control.

Troy is right in that I'm not the kind to ask someone for a co-drive. I'll soldier through with my own car and try to make the best of it. Masochistic perhaps.

Fender flares is not something I'd consider. For starters, I would never run Kumho V710s on the street. Plus tires that big (275/40R17 on 17x10) are way overkill for anything other than competition. And as Kevin pointed out, they look much more intimidating as they are. I've got my suspension stiff enough that they never make contact with the fenders.

What are you guys talking about?

I was cleaning it up at the time was going to a show
there was a crak in valve cover cause at the time the engine was on it's last legs so there was oil on the head buy the plugs lol.

Agreed, Ryan. For fun, I tried cleaning a portion near my new upper intercooler pipe and let me tell ya, there's some hidden shine under there! I'm sure I'll get around to cleaning it up during the winter.

In the meantime, here's a new snapshot. I'm still trying to determine what kind of adhesive to use to get my Eagle symbol back on there, but anyway, enjoy!
