Car is up and running like a champ!

Pulled b shafts, new t-belt & tensioner, installed ACT2100, new bottom end seals everywhere, new t-case seal, replaced a driveshaft carrier(the center one was gone), new tcase yoke(from the stock pile I have), new thermostat(existing one was stuck open causing the heating issue).

NO leaks at all, cranked the boost upto 16psi, adjusted base timing, pulls nice

Now it will get some winter tires.

Not bad for spending an extra $300 on the car
