It's AWD right? I'd ditch the OEM and go with some Energy Suspension Master Kit bushings. May as well get some bushings that are going to make your car feel a little tighter.

Alex,
There used to be a "kit" which included the knuckle and bother lower control arms for less than the individual costs of the arms. Call Adam Clay @ Eastway Chrysler for info.
I'd recommend replacing any arm with ball joints, the tie rod ends and sway bar end links.
In the rear be prepared to cut out the rear toe control arm.

Rayan, yes it's AWD 96 model. I found energy susp. kit at extremepsi.com for 125 US
How difficult it would be to remove bushing off new arm and insert energy bushings?
This job will performed under drive way conditions.
Jeff, That would be a great if Adam Clay can pull that kinda kit for me. Excellent resource, thanks. I'll call him during next week and post prices, availability, and part number here.
Thanks Jeff, Ryan

I've never done the bushings myself, however I have access to acetylene, so I'll just burn mine out. Ghislain should chime in here, he did the bushings on his 95 AWD.

The sleeve is no problem. Burn out the rubber, hammer out the sleeve with a chisel and punch. That's how we do it at work.

For a big ass mount like that, no. But for small bushings, yes. Make sure the area is well ventilated. But that's just me, if it won't pound out, burn it.

Yeah, yeah, that's all fine and all, however I'm talking about other bushings.

Front sway bar end link kit: MB892981 Rear sway bar end link kit: MB892982 It's one kit per corner.
Front lower straight arm left: MR296295 right: MR296296 Front lower curved arm left: MR296287 right: MR296288 Those should include bushings and ball joints. Thanks for posting those parts Rob I received my suspension parts, however: the "Front sway bar end link kit: MB892981" only gave me one link. I just called mitsu and that part is only for one link. I thouht this will include both links because this is a kit. Anyway are the links on both front sides are the same? If they are than I will reorder another link. Thanks

That's what I'd expect. The "kit" is all the parts for one end of the sway bar. It is the same kit for both sides. CAPS says the quantity on the car is 2 for each kit. Sorry! Excellent Rob. I will order another link! I am also replacing engine mounts: For anyone looking for parts they are: Rear Engine Mount 2Ga AWD: MB911266 Transmission Mount 2Ga AWD: MB911272 Rob, do you know what are the part numbers for rear hatch struts both sides?

Napa carries the hatch struts, they are $120 for last I checked.
FYI, Ziggy also sells the curved arms and has new lower arms with metal bushings, I've been eying the later.
You will notice a big difference with Poly bushings too. There with Energy Suspension or Prothane. The Prothane ones are supposed to be stiffer and people say it's better to use them on a car that's not a DD but that's subjective imo. Some people like a stiff ride, some don't.

Be forewarned: I am told in order to use them, you need to re-inforce other areas. I also sell a set where only ONE end is converted to spherical bearings, as these are apparently not as hard on the car itself..
