Mine's a DD, my car is good to go whenever (knock on wood). I on the other hand work 65 hours a week then 9 hours a week and it rotates. I hope this lands on my good week.

What about July 31'st? Right in the middle of everything. The Shootout is 2 weeks away from that, it's 1.5 months out, gives everyone lots of time to get their cars on the road.

Saturday, August 21 is test and tune only for the drag way. No other events listed.

Last year, we barely got to make any runs since there was pro-comp running or something.

I'd say 21st is late enough that those who will have their car on the road will have it on the road and since no other events are happening, those of us who want to run can still run enough times throughout the day.

I just hope it's not raining that day, lol.
