Hey Guys, i am thinking of parting out my car. IF i can get someone to commit to the motor then i will part the rest out.

Bottom End
Cryo-treated Eagle 4340 Steel crankshaft
Eagle forged connecting rods H beam
Wiseco 8:3:1 85.5mm (20 thou overbore) forged pitons
Wiseco Rings
ARP head studs, main studs, rod bolts
ACL Tri-Metal Race series Main Bearings
ACL Tri-Metal Race series Rod Bearings
Buschur Racing Harmonic under drive pulley
OBX
New Topline water pump
New OEM oil pump

Timing
AEM true time cam gears
Greddy Timing Belt

Head
Head resurfaced, head cleaned valves re seated, ported, polished and Pressure tested
HKS 272/272 Cams
Ferrea Titanium Valves 6000 series
Ferrera Valve locks
HKS springs
Viton valve stem seals
Cometic MLS (Multi Layer Steel) head gasket
Topline Complete gasket set

There is maybe 3000 km on the motor.

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

I spent well over $8k building this motor.

Fully Built 7 bolt 4G63-T from a 99 block with split bearings (new bearing design introduced in 98 to help combat crank-walk)

Engine was built by Gord Bush to rev to 10,000rpm+ reliably

Accepting reasonalbe offers. More parts to come if i can sell the motor. Looks like modified cars are hard to sell so considering putting it to stock.

I got tired of working on it so i bought an evo x. smile I cant find anyone to tune it and dont have space for 3 cars. I had it parked for the winter and wehn i went to start it my battery was fully drained again. Think its the car audio.

I figure if Ruben cant get 5k for his car there is no point me wasting time and money working on selling mine. Also with all the emmission stuff removed its tough. Now for the right price i would much rather someone take the whole thing. I have a brand new Garrett gt30 on the car

hey guys,

I took a quick video of the motor to prove that it runs before i started to take parts off the car. I stated it up in front in Nigel if you need any more proof.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZZUHe3Ecx4&feature=youtu.be

I did a leak down test and there was less then 4% per cylinder. It does not get much better then that wink

The car has not been driven since December so you can hear the alternator belt at first. I also had a hks BOV to atmosphere.

She fires up right away.

The video was shot from my android so the sounds not the greatest

what is the highest PSI run on it? and have you put special fuel in or just pump gas. Tuned by pro? has it ever run lean?

Hey Rick, i was running 23psi and I was on 94 pump gas. It was self tuned and I never ran it lean. It was never on a dyno or at the track. Although i built it with every intention of going.

I just shipped the transmission out that way and it was around $100 to BC. That of course was only 100 pnds.

A long block is between 280-300 pounds i believe.

I used a company called SameDay

http://beta.sameday.ca/Forms/Home.aspx

I had them skid the tranny so i would recomend the same for a motor. That adds 40 pounds. So i would quote maybe 300-350 including skid.

i am sure i could get it there for $3500 shipped but i need a quote first. Also getting it to the depot will be a PITA. Look into it and let me know. Also there is an additional charge to drop it at a residence i believe when using the skid. I believe they called it a ramp fee or some BS

That is correct. Thanks Bryan,

As for receipts sorry but I paid cash. It was built by Gord Bush and if you are serious about purchasing you can contact with him any questions. He is a very reputal builder. I am sure there are more than a few people on here that can vouche for his work. That is how i found him, he came highly recomended from the board.
