Kessel a Star ? . Typical Toronto fans thinks Kessel is a F*kin star. I would not even trade Tyler Seguin for kessel st8 up. Kessel started to play with some grit last season and beginning of this season, but as the checking got tougher this season the grit went away and he became a little pussy. Don't get me wrong I like Kessel,he is the only player in the last 4 years to have consecutive 30 goal seasons but I just hate how people think he’s like a centre stone to our franchise. He’s a key player but certainly not a centre stone. I hope Carlyle can develop him into a star and get him going into the dirty areas for the puck. If you think Kessel is a star, then how do you look past Lupul and Grabo ? and you don’t mention the younger talent we have such as Gardiner, Colborne, Kadri, Frattin,Ashton. Let’s not forget how bad Kadri was treated by Wilson.
