No,I just think that they gave good customer service....but I am GUESSING that if as a result of this they got 20 more people all wanting them to do work and send them product for free, they would PROBABLY get annoyed and put a stop to it.....I know I would.

I really shouldn't speak for AEM. I think it was good of them to do this, and would think they would probably do this for the odd person.....I just think that if the result of one person posting his good experience was that they had tons of people making requests of them, they would soon change their policies.
