Would like to post a service announcement for everyone.

I am halfway through my Jerky so I think we can start putting a list together for the next order. I am not looking for flavours just want to know who will be involved. Order won't be placed for another 2-3 weeks.

I'll be in for a couple pounds. I'm almost done mine already, haha. Been trying to pace

For the record, the extra hot is far more intense then the smokey bhut, which was actually very tasty.

Yeah I didn't actually find the smokey bhut to be THAT spicy. It really had a fantastic taste though.

Just so you guys know, there is a difference between Cajun Beef Jerky and Cajun Jerky Sticks (jerky is the flat rectangular pieces, sticks are the long thin pieces like I had at the last meet).
