Yes I actually took tester and have +12v (batt) at the sensors. Tested using ground wire from sensor itself too.
What I am thinking is that I may have grounded certain sensors to body that needed to be only sensor ground from ECU.
"All sensors ground wires should have continuity to engine/body except the special signal grounds that should only go to ECU pin 92 (manifold diff pressure, engine coolant temp, front O2, rear O2, TPS, volume air flow (MAF), and on the 98 & 99 fuel tank diff pressure). "
ill have to double check and see what I did. That being said I doubt that would cause a no start or no spark per say now.
