So its seeing too much fuel then? I've also never experienced 'rich knock'. My car will make clean, knock free pulls with 9.x:1 ARFs.

Simple things like this is why I gave up trying to tune other people's cars. A car needs to be mechanically sound before it can be tuned. That includes boost leak test, new properly gapped+correct heat range spark plugs for the boost you plan to run along with fresh wires, car must be mechanically on time along with base timing set to 5*. Proper octane fuel for the desired boost. Base fuel pressure set, fuel system up to par with desired boost. Working cooling system. Also proper, working sensors (Wideband, map) so your not blind tuning. And again, the car must be mechanically sound, everything nice and tight, so there's no rattle's/noises that can trigger the knock sensor. In my eyes, if any of those things aren't addressed its a waste of time to start tuning.
