+1 on the Nylon, much nicer stuff to work with, I also find the braided with red/blue fittings so played out it's not funny.

On pump gas you should be ok to 600hp or so on stock lines, E-85 changes the game significantly.

I would go 2.1 destroker or 2.0 long rod. You'll be wrecking more drivetrain parts on a 2.3L. Almost all the fast guys are 2.0

My bets are you'll destroy the stock drivetain before the stock 6 bolt.
