It was great to see everyone! Turn-out was good and actually I'm feeling more enthusiastic about working on my Laser now. Thank you to Reza for hosting, the burgers were awesome! For those that asked: 1) The exhaust manifold blanket came from here: http://turbo-performance-products.myshopify.com/collections/dsm-products-1He doesn't list a Turbonetics T3 blanket there, but he has the pattern for it and is happy to make whatever you want. Very helpful and responsive, I found. Good price too. 2) The hood insulation: http://www.designengineering.com/ca...r-tunnel-shield-ii-heat-sound-insulationI believe I got: #050509 - 42" X 48" (14 Sq. Ft.), $175.15 I got this at the Shootout as the DEI guys were packing up their booth. They gave me a big discount on it, I guess they were trying to lighten their load. It used pretty much the entire roll to do the underside of the hood. Great stuff and I'd do it again. 3) Projector HID lamps: are Morimoto H1, I posted a writeup here somewhere on installing these.

Thanks to everyone who made it out, it was nice to meet everyone again.
Abbas's wife prepared all the burgers and marinated the meat, so many thanks to her.
We are hoping to have even bigger DSM meets at the shop in the near future 😊
