Case in point, a somewhat local roofer, has a huge RV with a tow behind double height trailer with a shop and lift inside with 2 GTR's, both which run low 9's. He knows how to profit on roofing like no contractor I've seen before.

I wish someon would get this! I drove around for a few hours looking for a house with a gate. But around here 5he most valuable properties are water front. And still are cheaper then Bryans house.
