Well I think my transmission is jealous of the new addition in the engine bay, and decided to give me trouble.

Since last nigt, I started to have trouble changing gears. It's not everytime. The gears don't grind, it's just hard to shift. I can only engage half way through the gear.

Is it the stock clutch thast doesn't like the 400hp I think I'm getting now?

Michel, sounds like it might be a clutch adjustment problem. I had the same problem with my Suzuki Swift recently and had to change the master cylinder.
If not, I've got an ACT 2100 I can let you have for a good price.

Michel,

I have been having the same problem.
- New clutch ACT 2600#
- New clutch master cylinder
- New slave cylinder
- bled the clutch about 10 times
- screwed the adjustment out all the way

In my case the tranny seems to shift okay when the car is cold but once I've driven about 10K I start to have trouble. The clutch drags and sometimes I'm forced to yank it out of gear, stall it, or creep through an intersection. Other times I have to pump the clutch about 5 times to put it in gear. It's a real PITA.

This weekend I tried a $.01 fix. I put a small washer between the fork and the slave cylinder rod, effectively increasing the length of the rod. It seem to be better but I haven't had a real test yet.

Next I'm going to try a braided clutch line. Failing that I guess the tranny will have to come out [Linked Image]
