However, we are also conscious of the fact that by providing a For Sale area on here, there may be resulting challenges in communications, that people don’t seem to be able to sort out on their own... and it becomes a last ditch effort to enlist the help of the general public, for advice or counselling.
So, these are the rules:
1. Always attempt private communication with the person directly, FIRST, multiple times, until avenues are exhausted.
2. If facts are in dispute, gather clear (preferably printed) evidence. (no he said, she said, hearsay will be tolerated)
3. Keep all posts and replies relevant, and entirely factual. No emotional embellishment will be tolerated.
4. Hijacking of threads will not be tolerated. If you don't have factual evidence, or related knowledge to contribute, don't post. If you'd like to offer up your own experiences, we'd ask that you start your own thread(s).
This forum will be heavily moderated!
Lastly, and most importantly, if you have a good experience, please share it openly. The primary goal of this forum, is to generate collective wisdom. That is, knowledge gained from the experience of others, over time. We can all learn from each other...
