RULES:
This is the FOR SALE section, and these are the rules. If you don't like them, post somewhere else.
1. Your Information:
Your email address MUST be correct in your profile. If it is not, and we get a bunch of bounce messages, we'll lock your account.
2. Subject of Post:
This is the FOR SALE section, so you don't need to start your subject line with lame-ass stuff like WTS, FS, F/S, or the like. Your subject line should summarize what is for sale, preferrably including year, make, generation, etc., when applicable.
3. Information:
Make sure your post has all the information needed to complete a sale. What is the part name? New or used? If used, how many kms? If it's tires, how much tread left? What size? Condition of parts? City in which your part is located? Method of payments? If it's still on your car, how long to remove? Price? What year your car is?
You can never have too much information.
Please post pics. You can use www.photobucket.com or www.tinyurl.com. If you still can't figure out how to post pics, ask or be available to email them to buyers upon request.
If you simply don't have pics, please post No Pics.
4. Bumping:
Bumping, or replying to your post, or having a buddy reply to your post, to bring it to the top of the list, is not allowed.
Allowable Replies Include:
- reasonable change in price(s)
- follow-up to questions asked, related to the items in question
- addition of relavent information (as perhaps gathered by answering questions privately)
5. Replies:
Replies asking intelligent questions, are just fine.
Replies asking questions that have already been answered, are not. Please read all info before replying.
Replies indicating: "PM Sent", "Email Sent", etc, will not be tolerated. If the person selling, really wants to sell, they will be checking their Inbox and PM Box, regularly already.
Exceptions, may be made for older 'dead' threads.
6. Updates:
When you have sold the item(s), please reply to your post to show it as sold. This will save yourself from unwanted Emails and PM's.
7. Prices:
If the sellers price is too high. Oh well. They will realize it when they receive no offers. Feel free to PM your complaint, or offer, but don't post it here.
...and lastly, there no telling where your post will go if you don't follow the rules... and likely WITHOUT WARNING...
