Hey y'all,

Anyone ever had their battery drain when the car's not driven for a few days? Before I start checking the ENTIRE FREAKIN' WIRING HARNESS MAZE, I wuz wonderin' if there's a common ground that might do this (couldn't find anything in 1000VFAQ).

Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure if you mean that the battery is weak or completely dead, but if it's dead, check the battery terminals. Take the cables off and put them back on. Maybe there is corrosion.

Check it with a multimeter. Remove/replace each fuse to see which circuit is draining power.

Hey Tim, if you do have a dead battery, do yourself a favor and pick up a motomaster brand from canadian tire. they offer a 3 or 5 year warranty. they will replace your battery free of charge within the first year or give you a replacement (minus time used which i think works out to like 5 bucks a year).
pretty good deal. my battery should have cost me around $90 but instead i only paid $35.

Too bad Cdn Tire batteries only last about a year. Their pro-rated warranty gets you in a trap so you always replace with their shitty batteries.
