I just dont know what to do? My car Ticks and ticks and ticks. I have try all kinds oil (brands, 5w30, 10w30, synthetic even the oil that thay is suppose to help an older engine) can anyone of you give me hand in solving this problem.

Yank the lifters and give em a good cleaning, or upgrade to the new style.

You could . . .

Turn up your stereo so you can't hear them
Loosen your exhaust to give yourself a huge exhaust leak which will drown out the sound of the lifters which was something similar to what I had until I bought Darko's old downpipe, now I can hear those pesky lifters.

But other than what Darko suggests there isn't too many options . . there's a VFAQ for lifter cleaning...
