did you make sure you bled the cooling system fully when you re-filled the coolant??
An air blockage will do that...

well i ruled out the fansthey work fine now fixed them.
cars temp stays good when i first fill up the fluids,
its some how its draining and heating up
as i drive i can see a trail of fluid on the ground on the passengers side but i dont see where its leaking from .

there is not splits in any lines that i can see or nothing off. I tried to let the car run and watch to see if i can see it leaking and i cat see any thing, only seems to be when i drive it

and on top of it all fluid spashed all over my fuzes and ****, now my car wont start it buzzes from 2 fuze boxes till i disconnect the battery
i dont even get lights for some reason ....

i have nothing but bad luck with these cars kinda tempted to sell it too many problems with them.

*update*
last nite car got hot as i was driving so to stop it before it over heated i turned the car off and coasted to a spot that i could look at it,
then when i tried to start the car it would not start.
well i took it all apart today looked every thing over every thing looked good.
so i got it all back together and put a new relay (alt relay), Went to start it and pop a relay went and it buzzes from under my dash and my realy box under the hood.

(when the key is turned and u feel the tail light relay i can feel it click and my dash lights will be dim then fade away but when i put in the new alt relay every thing worked all my lights and stuff then when i turned to start pop it went)

i assume this would be due to every thing getting wet then some thing grounding out and blowing a relay.

any ways i dont know if im making any sence
i tried to explain best i could
thanx

Sorry to hear about the problems. I'm thinking that the leak could be from the rad cap. Maybe you didn't screw it on properly or by coincidence it had started to leak at the same time you swapped the turbo.

What did you take apart?
That sounds like what happened when the wires on my starter were hooked up backwards. The relay buzzed and it fried the solenoid.

I had the leak last night. I didn't put one of the hoses back on tight enough. tightened her down last night and problem solved.
