I just got my car back from a T-Belt job yesterday, and now it idles anywhere between 1500-3000 rpm, and it has a really high pitch idle sound.

Any Ideas?

What do you mean by high pitch sound? Coming from where?

Adjusting the BISS will bring your idle back down.
