Hi I have 90 TSI AWD w/ ACT2600.

Here is my problem, when I had the clutch installed the pedal felt hard, but now the clutch pedal feels light and sponchie, I got my clutch pedal reajusted so it can start grabing closer to the bottom, so I asked the guy there why my clutch pedal felt soft he told me that when you have a clutch with a heavy duty presure plate the fork starts to bend. Has anyone had this issue or any comments.

Thank You confused

I've heard of the forks bending but that has never happened to me.have you checked the fluid level, bled the system and checked for leaks?might be something as simple as that.

I have checked the fluid levels, bled the system, then my mechanic said it could be the master clutch silinder so I replaced it with a new one. The clutch was better for about 4 days. The mechanic said my slave silinder is in perfect running order. no leaks.

Does anyone know how much it will cost to replace the fork?

thx
