I thought this was a fund raising thread along with a place for people with too much free time to waste server space. Skip the smack talk and put your money where your mouth is bird

If Waldo hits his 100 post mark by the 6th I will put up $40 and if by some miracle of miracles he can bribe people or make up new members to get his posts to 200 then I will part with $60 bucks..a whole tank and a half of 94. Ok you Mickey D working sorry excuses for Talon owners put your money on the table and pick up an extra shift cause the fries are done. tongue

All I can say is thank god dsm.org is registered in the USA, therefore, Waldo is on the hook for 50 cents a post, in US Dollars.

Well... Can you still handle that Waldo?? That's approximately another 9 cents per post. Personally I think your getting in over your head here.

That's just my $0.59 cents Canadian though...

Hmmmm... third page, huh?

Bahh.. the "Check Check" thread STILL has nothing to worry about.

Waldo yo may be in for a butt kicken. The check check thread was on page three in 8 days while yours took 3 times as long. The check check thread although not as rich and good looking is certainly faster shuffle

Introductions should be in order here...

Robert "Highway Killer Bob" Thompson, is the original webmaster of the Canadian site, when it was just the Ontario site. smile

You did the first code in what, 1993? 94?

And still owns his highway killer DSM!

Hahaha
Yeah it was ~1994 or so. You know, when your car was just a collection of parts...

looks like its come full circle.

btw, the sound clip is from about 4 years ago, at the shootout. My car was having HUGE tranny problems (synchros). Now my shifting on a good day can be described as LONG. But add some bad synchros and my 1-2 shift became a noisy disaster. One that I will probably never be allowed to forget ppg

actually, the front page is a lot newer than 1994, and Bob did what we have now too actually, about a year ago, just as a facelift.

No, it will never have any of that flash crap, or other glitzy sh!t that contributes nothing, and just slows down your browsing experience.
(to avoid the inevitible question)
There is no point. It serves no purpose.

And Yes Nick,

The site could do with some more local content outside of the UBB. A lot of what is there, is old or outdated, but, no one ever sends anything new in like they used to, and seem to have just become content in using the UBB.

I do try and keep the Links and SpeedShops pages as up to date as I can though...
