I'm finding lots of 90 throttle bodies for sale but not many 91's for some reason. Is the 90 turbo a direct swap with a 91 turbo? I'm trying to avoid hacking wires for the sensors.

Since I need a TPS I figure I might as well get the whole thing and see if I can cure my high idle on startup at the same time.

In my 90 NT, the TPS isn't on the TB. Is it on there on the turbos?

Yep, it's on the TB on the turbo's (or at least in 91).

I know both the 90's and 91's have 4 vacuum ports on them, but I'm not sure about the sensors or if there's a major difference.
I think in 92+ they only had 2 ports and the harnesses are different.

Anybody?

My '90 AWD has the TPS on the TB. I think the major difference in the '90-91 to '92+ was that we have 2 ports on top (after plate) and 2 on the side (before plate). They have 3 or 4 on the top (can't remember).

I have 4 on the top on my 91. 3 in line and one angled. Labeled from front of motor back:
