Look undr the car (from the drivers side) and if it's an AWD you'll see a drive shaft going to the back wheels and right after the tranny there will be a transfer case. And you could take it for a test drive and find some gravel anf floor it. If it's awd you should take off with some wheel spin. If you don't go anywhre it's a fwd. ------------------ 91 Eagle Talon TSi AWD My Attempt at a website

Holy jebus! Uh, I dunno how loudly I should say this, but my 92' Laser RS-T (no AWD ) with 98,000ks on it onl cost me $7650 out here in Alberta ($7800 listed, btw). I knew it was a good deal, but man... I never knew I was getting off THAT lucky. /me removes the horseshoe from his butt and walks off AW ------------------ "The problem with the Gene Pool is there's no Lifeguard" 92' Plymouth Laser RS Turbo Silver Bullet

I think I got a good one for you guys;
That was about a month ago, a local Used car lot had a White 1991 Laser NT MT. That thing was pretty brused; had some rust in the usual spots, funky "Tiger Sticker" on the Pop-up and butt ugly striping to go with the wild cats... You guys picture this I'm sure. Takyest DSM I ever seen.
They were advertising this poor old DSM "As Is". I went; Mmmm, maybe I should stop and get it for spare parts (This last statement should really make a clear picture of the shape of this car, right???). So I stop and ask buddy (Cheesy Car Salesman with a pen in his shirt pocket...).
Hey, how much for this car??? His reply; Oh special price we are asking $3500 as is. I went; Cough, whaaat??? I just want it for the parts Man.
They sold it a few day later... How much, I dot no but I sure hope the buyer got a good deal...
Ghislain.

Adrian you are in the TO area..Dsm's are way cheaper here. Like I said look for the driveshaft and x-fer case, if it's not there it's not an AWD ------------------ 91 Eagle Talon TSi AWD My Attempt at a website

One thing about those Eastern cars; Rust. They use lots of salt on the roads in that area and I have some seen some examples of Toronto cars, and all I can say is be careful!
