Hey Guys,

Just checking to see if anyone was going to attend the Friday night test and tune thing at Cayuga?

Here's the link:

http://www.torontomotorsportspark.com

After my shitty performance at St. Thomas on Sunday I want to hit the track one more time. I paid $50 on Sunday and I only got in 2 real runs ... so I'm up for a $20 night at Cayuga

I'll be attending along with a few VW buddies and 2002 Celica .... so the more the merrier

Hey Guys,

What's the deal for tonight? I think the weather might be shitty .... I dont want to drive from Markham and get rained out?

I think I might agree with Ian and head out there Saturday instead.

I heard gates open at 10:00 am and it goes until 4:00 pm. The cost is $30 for the day.

You'll have a better time if you go on saturday or sunday. You don't have to line up with the drones of 17 second ricers and wait 2 hours to get one run down the 1320.

Pay the extra $10 and go on a saturday or sunday. At least that way you can get as many runs as you want.

ya, i just realized that it's that fast and furrious thing tonight where they turn off the timing equipment to make it like a "street race"

Is it really that bad that you have to turn off the timing equipment becasue ricers are that slow?

Anyway it's too humid for me, I want -20 temps next time I go to the track.

Vince,
They don't turn off the timing gear, you still get the full tree, and a timeslip , they just turn off the display boards at the end of the track. I have went to one a while ago, and et,mph, reaction time,1/8 were all measured and reported.
