I had tore most my engine apart this winter it has a new head, new turbo and new gaskets everywhere...and it is running rich I think??. when I push on the throtal it spits fuel out the back what would cause this I am sure there is not to much it could be any help would be great...

May be of some help. (My puny two cents)
Gray Smoke Caused by uncombusted fuel:
Could be plugs,timing, clogged air filter, air/fuel mixture, wires, coil, etc. Start with the cheapest answer and work your way up.

brand new plugs and wires clean air filter no fuel mods..just seems to be running rich...if I jump on it fuel spits out the back...clean injectors and all when I had it apart..i turned the idle down a bit...was reving high...

would a turbo XS BOV do it...it I don't have a vpc or anything...it just vents to the atmosphier and i have no ruff idle...

Yes, a vented BOV will make you run quite rich after you shift under boost. I wouldn't think you'd be running so rich that you'd be spitting fuel out the exhaust, but anything is possible I suppose (I have a vented BOV and I don't run anywhere near that rich).
You should still check for intake leaks.

My buddies 95 tsi did the same thing. The local mechanic told him he was burning oil(white smoke) and running rich (blk smoke) These mixed together made the greyish color. He Also had the stock BOV venting to atmosphere which made a huge intake leak. Put a 1 way check valve on it and the problem was fixed...kinda. Now he just had white smoke from blow by. Not much though.
