If you really want to know convert it to 2WD and Dyno it. Running other cars such as mustangs will be pretty useless for obvious reasons. However it may give you a good indication on trap speeds you can expect in the quarter.
Based on you mods if I had to guess I'd say 210 or so to the wheels.

Yup, 250HP at the engine equates to around 210 at the wheels. I always say engine HP seeing most people use that, mags etc. Running cars is not useless providing they are similar weight etc. Do not do this against a much smaller car but 2 cars that weigh around 3200lbs (like ours - give or take 100 either way) will give you a good indication on where you stand. The old power to weight ratio. It is not engine size you are comparing but the output of the engine. And do not launch the car because that is driver against driver. Just get a roll and see what happens. Before I got my car modded, I raced my friends 97 Prelude from a roll on to see. After the mods I would race him to see what kind of difference it made and you could clearly tell the increase in HP in mine (he is keeping his stock). Once I got too far from him, I went to a Mustang to test and the same thing, now it is my friends z28 SS, after my next 3 mods, I will get it dyno'd and know I will be close to what I think. This common sense. Weight is everything. It is a very good way to figure it out.
The converting kit was not that cheap, especially for something you will not be doing alot. You will also have to pay the garage labour to do the conversion, run the car on the dyno and than put it back to stock, 2-4 hrs in there. That is expensive and with out fuel management systems, there is no real tuning that can be done to your car. The same as mine which is why mine has not been dyno'd. My next 3 mods will be an fmic, afc and injectors, menaing my mechanic will be able to duno tune the car. Right now, he said wasting money to just say that your car is 210hp at the wheels.

Just Sacramento, California, eh? You're a lot closer to an AWD dyno than we are up here. (:
See if you can get a listing of a shop that has a DynoPack dyno. That'll handle your AWD, and it's cheap enough that more shops (in California, anyway) are getting them.
But I'd agree with Tom. I wouldn't bother to dyno mine until I had a much larger turbo and upgrades done to it... (:

Well last time I checked Mustangs didn't have AWD, this alone will throw everything off. Nevermind the gearing and CD of each car are different.

He wants a ROUGH ESTIMATE only WHICH MEANS CHEAP, NO MONEY SPENT. How can you dothat? Roll on racing. Yes I agree which is why I said, "do not do it from a launch but from a roll on." (read above again) Gearing, traction, auto, 5spd........ all play big roles in it but a stock GT from 3000RPM will do fine. I have done it with a guy many times. That is a good indication as to where he will be. It could never tell you the exact amount (how could it?) but to tell me it will tell him nothing about his car when they weigh similar and most likely have similar outputs? Believe what you want. I do it, and it works for me. Remember, he wants a guess. looking at his mods, hard to tell on paper. BYE BYE

I think one of the best and cheapest ways to get a really close HP estimate is to buy a G-tech. It's 139$ you can order it from JEGS or Summit racing online and it claims accuracy within 3 hp to the wheels. It also tells you your 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Very handy little device plugs into your cigarette lighter.

I'd give a little higher than that.... around 270 at the flywheel pretty much max for the T2Small. A.
