ok here is a deal i installed the fwd turbo tranny yesterday and put castrol 75w90 syntetic oil a i was out on highway for about half an hour and the tranny started grinding in first and second could a oil cause this and what would u suggest to try to fix it...or maybe should i try to change the slave cluch cylynder...cause its killing me or would u say try to get the trany rebuild...Thanks Dino

The tranny you installed was used? and I Think you have installed a 90 or 91 tranny i guess, so I would guess that the syncro's are ****ty and you could try GM syncromesh, Mopar 75W-85 manual synthetic or the redline people talk about, but if it grinds it usually indicates a more serious problem than lubrication. The syncros and hub assemblies where upgraded on all talon trannies in NOV 1991 so all trannies 92 and up are much more shifter freindly, they aren't hard to take apart just time consuming and you can replace you hub assemblies. You need to give more info to diagnose probs online. You could also try shifter adjustments and clutch adjustments I'm guessing though, good luck try here VFAQ and AAQ
