crank angle sensor is the lower one, the upper one is the cam angle sensor. You'll need to remove all the accessory belts and the lower t-belt cover. From there you MIGHT be able to get the sensor out without removing the belt but I don't 100% remember if I got the sensor out without at least compressing the tensioner. Budget enough time for loosening off the belt and re-aligning all the timing marks.

Like Blake said you will have to remove the accessory belts and the lower timing cover but you shouldnt have to remove the timing belt itself to unbolt the crank sensor.
