Have a 14b turbo and the oil is leaking through
the turbo out into the engine and exhaust can anyone
give me and idea on why it is doing this,thanks.

Odds are that your Turbo is "kaput", done, finished, busted.
Look in the fs section for a new/old one.

The reason that it's doing this is your seals are blown in your turbo. Like Ghislain said time for a new one...
