1992 Eagle Talon ESI - FOR SALE

First things first - Timing belt has gone on it, Damage unknown. I have had this car for five years, Been a great little car. I have put countless hours of work into her (as with any dsm) as well as chaning the timing belt every 100,000km, which in the end turned out to be Fatal to the car. The mechanic did not know what he was doing, as the tensioner went 10,000km down the road after the timing belt job, and the engine shut off.

Below is a list of things/work the vehicle has had done to it:


-New JDM Transmission ~70,000km currently on it, shifts absolutely solid
-Brand new stock clutch installed when transmission was put in
-K&N filter installed in stock air can
-Z3 fiberglass fenders installed last year
-New Flex Pipe installed 2 years ago along with cat-back and Magnaflow Muffler nicely tucked away
-Ceramic Headers
-Clear corner lenses, SilverStar hid-like bulb replacements, Super white bulbs all around
-Crimson Red modded tail lights
-New rotors installed 2 1/2 years ago, Brand new brake pads last month
-New e-brake cable installed last year
-Hankook all seasons, LOTS of tread left, Steel wheels, refinished - good condition (Not hubcaps!)
-No rust on body
- Car comes with lots of extra parts- (Had another parts car, too many to list)


So, all that being said, I have looked into and set up a very good JDM engine for ~$650. Drop a fresh engine in it, and you have an Talon that is tastefully modded and ready to go.

I have had the car for five years, and its time for me to move on. Bought a new BMW last week, now the talon has to go. Would love to see someone from the board take it!

Car is still availiable, no vistors to see it yet! I am away in California and will be back on Monday, June 25th. I will have run out of storage time for the car by then, and will have to resort to stripping and scrapping it.
