This is the second time I have been stopped and given a ticket for an improper muffler. The first one the officer did not show up for court and it was thrown out.

Tonight while heading back home a I make a left turn to on the was home and notice a crusier at the T intersection and he procides through the intersection behind me. I turn on to my street taking the long way just to see if any of my friends are out and about and the crusier follows and of course on come the lights.

Same old song and dance, its your muffler its loud. He even asked if I had been given a muffler ticket before. My exhaust is a 3 inch turbo back with a cat and a dual tip muffler, it has a deeper tone than stock. Not excessively loud like it states in the HTA. I was not impressed and even mentioned to the officer thats its a silly ticket and waste of everyones time.

Oh well looks like another day needs to be wasted to show up in court maybe the officer will show up this time. So its either miss a day of work or pay the $110.... ya right!

Wow you got lucky, the cop could of said you were "juicing up your car for the purpose of street racing" and crushed it on the spot...

Usually they give acessive noise when they give impropper muffler,i got them, one time doing 55 in 5th gear to keep quiet, the 2nd sitting at a light.. they love picking on imports.

I am not worried I am taking this one to court for sure just like the last one. I pray the officer shows up, I need to have some fun!
