Does any one who has done these sub frame bushings, can you tell me if they are for the front or for the rear sub frame on a AWD 1G??

Hello Matt.

I replaced a few 1G Front Sub Frame Bushings. The ES Front Sub Frame Bushing Kits incudes 4 Bushings. I'm not sure about the Rear Sub Frame.

Send an e-mail to Scott Neville, he might have the answer you are looking for.

Ghislain.

The ES kit is for the front subframe. Check out this link: http://www.vfaq.com/mods/bushings.html

Steve Usher did this, but he doesn't have much internet access at the moment. I will try to ask him for you if he doesn't get to this thread before that.

Yes, as mentioned they are definitely for the front subframe. If you were wondering about the rear "moustache bar" bushings, I don't believe there is a mass produced version of any replacements for these. There were some solid replacements made by people in the past, but I do believe they were just one-time runs.
