I know someone on this board was doing them at one time? I`m interested in one for my 97GSX. The only ones I've seen on the net go for about $999, which is a bit ridiciolous. Can anybody tell me where I could possibly get my hands on one?

Hello.
Best if for you to get your Cross and Housing machined and reassemble everything yourself. Even then it is costly unless you know someone that can do the work for you for cheap.
I made my own, first brought the Housing to someone that was supposed to be a good machinist, he did sh!t work so that was it for he Housing.
I payed a local Machine shop to do an other Housing. Assembled everythng together and been ever happy ever after.
Chose one that has a good vision of what needs to be done.
Ghislain.
