My right-hand signal marker no longer flashes. The bulb works (it stays constant when turn signal activated)and there is rapid "clicking" audible from inside the car. Is there a relay or something in the fuse box (underdash, engine compartment) that I change to fix this?

Both the front and rear bulbs are working? If the problem was your relay, I'd think both right and left would be affected.

Perhaps there's a wiring short somewhere?

Left side (front and rear) works fine, Right side, rear works but front just stays illuminated (even when turn signal not activated). DOes this help?

You probably have a short in the wiring, or at the socket itself, for that front-right bulb that stays on all the time.
