So I've already fallen into the winter blues! But I haven't quite given up hope! I put my DSM away for the winter last Tuesday, and have since been driving my cavalier. A lot of spare time has lead me to thinking... why not do a 2gb conversion to my cavalier?! So with some intense planning, paint, and ctrl x/v action I have results:

Maybe I'll even throw on a front mount intercooler (not hook it up of course), and one of these "blow off valve simulators".

No more must I roll in shame through the towns!

The Talon DL had a hump!
It was only the '90-91 1.8L (and I think only the Lasers of such) that came with a flat hood.

I am a DL refugee smile
I also used to own one of these Cavaliers and I think they look nicer without those fugly 2G bumpers & lights rotflmao wink

LOL, sorry man, but yes, yes you will.. There's a Cavalier in town that's bright yellow with black racing stripes and about 27 foglights mounted on it, I think you would get the same reaction as that car gets... The LMAO/HAHA/Throwrocks/what a douchebag treatment.

Not to be an ass though lol

The 1Gb Talon DL was 1.8L and had a hump, eventhough the SOHC gear cleared the flat hood. They just stopped making flat hoods for the 1Gb.

I'm not sure what trim name the 1.8L Laser or Eclipse carried.
