I emailed the guy and he was like 'you wouldn't believe how many emails I've just got in the past hour' lol.

Not like I'm going to buy it but I asked for more pictures and a bit more info incase anyone here wanted it

He also said:
the car is sold AS IS. I will send additional images shortly. The electrical problem is simple, the cars battery cannot hold a charge and it could be the alternator or a simple wire short. other than that the cars drive train is solid. unfortunately, i can no longer afford to keep the car.

If I'm Not mistaken, his name is Sean, I've checked out this car over 2 years ago before I got my first DSM.

At the time the tranny was faaked, kept popin out of first and hard to get second. (come to think of it, not any different than the talon I ended up with )

The guy said the transmission is a jdm, so you guys better make sure its the right one before you jump the gun or else your fu$ked because then you'll need a transmission swap.

I already asked him this. he said the final drive ratio was off

I remember seeing that car around Sauga quite a few times. It's a really good looking car. Don't know anything about it though.
