Well I am hoping to get lucky and maybe someone has an IPT TC. It has to be for a 1g. UPS lost mine in transit. From what they can tell, in Winnipeg. Anyway hoping to get lucky and find one.
thanks

Ya they said they would cover the cost, most of it.

Stacey, I have one with raised stall, but it's not an IPT. This was before they got into doing a dsm converters.
It was done either by RMDSM or Pro Torque, not sure.

I got this one for my first talon an '93 AWD but never ended up installing it. Let me see if I can dig out a specs for it.

Glad to see someone has something that may work for you. Next time you ship something you actually want back pay the extra bucks and use fedex(not fedex ground). UPS is all union guys that only work the minimum they have to for the most part.

Work was done by Dunrite. If you don't know they were first guys to start doing DSM TC's.
This one I traded from Kevin/Kiggly for my spare one (http://www.kigglyracing.com/).
Here is all the info I could dig out from my old emails.

Does anybody have a 1g converter core that they'd be willing to sell me? If nobody comes up with that, I have a perfectly good 1g Dunrite converter that will be up for sale with a core trade-in. You can run up to about a Frank 3 with it and still get off the line ok (not with big cams though). Drivability was as good as or maybe even a bit better than stock turbo/stock converter with the Dunrite and a 16g. I need another core to go forward in the ultra-high stall project Dunrite and I are working on and don't want to see my regular Dunrite converter get caniballized for it when it could be very useful to somebody else. If it comes down to it, I think I'll just take the best offer on the Dunrite converter.
Thanks, Kevin

This is another one regarding mounting bolts, since for W4A33 there was change in `92-`93. So make sure you have correct pitch.

Pavel -

I just found a little problem. I'm assuming you haven't tried to get that LK converter into your car yet since you didn't find this problem yet. The 6K that I sold you my LK dunrite for does indeed have all the same external dimensions and will fit perfectly in place of it, but - They have a different bolt thread. The LK is M10 x 1.50 and the 6K is M10 x 1.25. I'm ordering bolts tomorrow from the dealer, just tell me where to ship 'em and 4 will show up at your doorstep asap.

Sorry about this, I wasn't anticipating this problem,

Kevin

I think I still have the shift kit as well.

Pavel.

edit-added bolt part numbers

That TC sounds great to me, Pavel. Just let me know what you want for it? I already have a reworked IPT valve body with shift kit installed. I do have a spare trans that I will be rebuilding to learn. So I could through in a shift kit, to learn as well. Never hurts to have a spare trans.
