Need to get a 2gb bumper repainted. Anyone know any good body shops around the Mississauga/Toronto area?

I'd rather pay a bit more for quality work, than a cheap place like Maaco and get a crap job.

Let me know,
Thanks

Lol hey I know Bobby pretty well, on Heritage road.

You can remind him of the beatings I handed over to his supercharged WS6 wink

Yea he does decent work and decent pricing, but I HAVE seen better work. Good guy though.

Actually the Maaco in Missisauga, I forget which one... works on a lot of exotics and from what I've heard, they're pretty good.

I've been pleased with what he's done. I not paying for show quality paint though.

There's also MS Auto in that same plaza (plus a couple other body shops too). I know a few guys who swear by MS.

Ideal Auto, is that on Heritage Road? Still a bit far from me

Raf, if there's anyway you could find out what Maaco it is.. I'll give them a call, but I'm still thinking I should stay away from them.

I'd want the shop to fix up the trimming job I did as well to make it more clean.

Ideal is on Heritage.

I can't remember any shops in Mississauga.

I'm heading to a place called Tokyo Autobody with James Karban on Thursday and chances are I'll have them do it.

4 Wheels Auto isn't far at all actually. 20ish minutes from my place. I'll keep them as option B

Thanks guys

Yes, that's the one. Talk to Bill Jr or Sr.

That's where I had my Celica completely done over.

I wouldn't stay away from Maaco, just because its Maaco. Now, maybe their not all the same but there are some that can do excellent, high end paint jobs, like most other things you get what you pay for. Sure they can do the el cheepo $800 complete paint job & thats the quality you get. But they can also do complete jobs that runs thousands & thousands.

Maaco isnt that bad, but you do get what you paid for. The "Ambassador" service is the cheapest you can get and its that way for a reason. They cut corners to save you money, and most of the paint job turns out really good. I had a car painted there in 2004, and it looked good for the first week you aren't supposed to wash it, but come wash time and getting close to it you notice all the flaws.

Yeah. Went to Tokyo AutoBody, and they did a sweet job. Will defiantly be going there for any other paint jobs. They did it for $300 cash.

Once I have time to wash the car, I'll post some pictures.

I'm also looking for a good auto body shop to fix some stuff + paint

Preferably somewhere in the west-end.
