Okay, I'm still troubleshooting my cars problems and I think I may have found it.
Testing the resistance of the coil pack connector harness side, on one side I'm getting a reading of 1, and on the other side I'm getting a reading of 0.04, the resistance is supposed to be 0.77-0.95 OHMS.
What am I doing wrong, I've got the tester on 20M, on the lower settings it doesn't read anything other than 1.

This is the diagram I'm going off of... When I switch the ohmmeter to 200k, I'm still reading 1 on the 1-3 side, but I'm reading 47 on the 2-3 side. But I'm doing my testing on the harness side of the connection, is this diagram talking about the coil side? If I have the car running and I test the voltage, all three wires are getting power, just not the same amount.

I'm starting to think I had this all backwards, I was testing the ECU side of the plug for resistance, when this diagram is talking about the coil side.
If the ECU side getting power through all three wires does that mean that it is good?

Is it legal to burn my car in a field and collect insurance?

Yes this is for the coil side. If you want to check your wiring you need to do it from the Ecm to the coil, find the pinouts for the ECM and check each wire. So you'll need a long wire to reach from the meter to the ECM. But usually meters have a 200 ohms and under setting, use this for checking wires. Then it will switch to K ohms (some meters) Meters can be confusing because they can all have differant settings. For example my cheap at home meter has 200 ohm 2000 ohm 20k ohm 200k ohm and 20M ohm setting. Depending what setting your on it may give you a reading in a decimal point or no reading at all...the confusing part. They have all these settings because of lack of room in the display and percision, just like a calculator. So basically understanding it and having it on the right setting is key. Ohms is hundreds K Ohms is thousands M Ohms is millions Hope this isn't confusing, sometimes when I use other peoples meters I even get confused.

Get it figured out Cody? Call me if not. I'm just waiting for my replacement CAS to come in and if that doesn't work I was actually thinking about calling you. Yes this is for the coil side. If you want to check your wiring you need to do it from the Ecm to the coil, find the pinouts for the ECM and check each wire. So you'll need a long wire to reach from the meter to the ECM. Ohms is hundreds K Ohms is thousands M Ohms is millions Hope this isn't confusing, sometimes when I use other peoples meters I even get confused. I found the ECU pin outs and they seem to be good, I've tested them and I'm getting power. It has to be the CAS, it's the only thing I haven't replaced.
