Just a shot, but, is anyone on this board in the diagnostic imaging field? I recently decided to go back to school and I have an interview with the school in diagnostic imaging. If anyone is this career, I would like to ask for some advice.

Thank you.

You taking US, CT, or MRI or xray tech?

Im not either of those, but i can ask my one of my friends to give you a contact info.

BTW, go for it. You'll never ran out of jobs since, everyone at least in their lifetime needs one of those.

I've applied for Nuclear Medicine Technology. I'm assuming it is CT?

I would be most grateful to get any help with this career. In 2 weeks I've landed an interview with the school and it would be great to have an idea what kinds of questions they might ask. This is at S.A.I.T. in Calgary.

The hard part is trying to figure out how to pay for this education and how I'm going to get by without a job!! Thinking about selling the Talon and the house and move in with my parents temp. til the school is done. I'm looking at the big picture. smile

Sure, ill be working tonight so ill ask one of my friends at work. I'll get to you by friday the latest.

And Nuclear med Tech is a good job. Lots of possibilities. Actually, either one of those is a great job. You can work at a hospital ft and work at a private clinic pt if you want too. Most of my work friends do it that way.
