Anyone here ever run Vogtland springs ? They are a German company that has been around almost 100. These are listed as a 1.8 " drop They list the same spring set for 1g awd and 2wd .

I heard about these a couple years back when I was looking at different springs....IIRC they acrually drop a bit more than 1.8", I believe it was over 2" which is too much for a basic shock/spring setup on these cars.

Someone actually have any experience running these?

I've run Vogtlands on another car (SAAB 9-3) and I can say that they're awesome springs. Ran them for two years, handled great on stock shocks, and no sagging.

I have now collected 6 different brands of lowering springs plus various DSM oem springs cut and uncut.

I would say Vogtland springs are about an 1 3/4 drop but softer then most sport/race springs. I would rate these springs of better quality then most .
