^^ I don't think seals and tensioners would finish of the motor unless there was a tensioner/pully failer, the Nissan motor was on its way out already. A mechanic tells you to replace the seals tensioners, pullies and water pump because he is in there and you don't want to do it again @ twice the labour charge and inconvinence so you change that stuff well its right in front of you as preventitive maintance, and you would feel pretty stupid if something leaked or failed even 6 months later, IMO.
I happened to check my t-belt and b-belt the other night and low and behold the b-belt was loose, eek, fixed that quick cause it is usually the cause of a t-belt failure our valve collision.
