Hey guys I'm trying to charge my ac system with red tek which is completely empty so the compressor is not engaged, i have the can hooked up to the low side but it isn't going in, any ideas how to get it going?

was there a cap on the end of the low side port that you have to screw off? if there isnt one there, its possible that the port is full of dirt. there is a valve in there like on a valve stem for a car. also with the redtek stuff, once you put the can on the hose , you have to close the handle to puncture the can, then turn it back to open and let the good stuff come out.

You have to jump the pressure sensor connector to bypass the switch or it will never run and charge.
