No email client, no calendar.. Sucks for developing for as well. Terrible adobe air, no native sdk yet and their app world has some terrible practices regarding price changes making it impossible to do free promotions. So, it sucks. www.gamepressapp.com

Can't you download Apps on it? I'm sure there are thousands of Calendar ones to install? Not a playbook expert, so excuse me if I'm way off. If you have a blackberry phone you can bridge them together and use the phones email calendar SMS and bbm on the playbook. The playbook feels very rushed and incomplete. I wouldn't mind waiting for software updates, but developing for it sucks( right not) and the appworld policies made us quit developing for the playbook. As for the appworld having thousands of calanders, unfortunately no. Very few quality apps right now. Once rim provides the native sdk to developers things will get better but right now it sucks. www.gamepressapp.com
