technically the NSX was inside....their dyno bay which the car was in. Well that's what I read, maybe on a different forum, but same event.

At the front of the shop actually. They thought Rob, the owner had taken it out for a spin. But when Rob appeared seconds later they knew someone... (from rukusmotorsports as we know now) had stolen it.

I hope those involved are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I saw the car today, or pieces of it in a pile I mean. Truely sad.

Too bad they cant do the same to the people involved in the chop shop. I know how hard I work to keep a Eagle Talon on the road I can only imagine how hard a person must work to afford and tweak a NSX just to have it torn apart

Attention people:
This thieves were out on bail the very next morning and now operating at their shop again.
Also they've claim that they just bought parts and not stole the car, even when up to the last bolt was found on their possession .

Isn't buying stolen parts still illegal? I mean, a reputable shop can check vin numbers and such to see if parts are indeed legit. So even if that's the case, they would be accomplice to the crime no? Either way, still thieves in my eyes specially since they new about a stolen NSX, aren't far from Magnus and never said a peep about their newly acquired "parts".

They will likely get a slap on the wrist.
As Manny said, they were out of jail there very next day.
