Looks good Ron!

I assume that gear that's coming off your cam is for the sump?

I see your turbo placement is super low.
Mine is somewhere inbetween yours and the stock position, and at times if I fill the oil up too far in the pan, at idle I will have a backup and burn oil.
I am guessing with the dry sump, you don't need to worry about this?

educate me smile

Stock.

Yeah the plan it have the drysump pulling oil from the turbo so drainage won't be an issue!

When we turboed saturns... Some guys used electric fuel pumps to pull the oil thru the turbo and pump it back to the valve cover.

Not sure if a fuel pump would work or is ideal but there are special pump for that application if you need one!

Ya the fuel pump worked well. I never used it myself bu we got the idea from the supra forums.apperantly some of the first 1000hp supras were doing it. There prolly is much better pumps to use... But this was 10 years ago. I beleive the fuel pump was a stock inline pump. Maybe even from another supra.

I believe bare there 14 lbs, I will wiegh them once the glass and locks and such are in. My stock doors with door beams removed are around 79 lbs. I'm hoping close to 40 bls a side for 80 lbs total and still have functioning power locks and windows with glass smile

Got bored doing wiring so finished up some fab work on the weekend. Big thanks to Kris for helping me with some of the more difficult alumiunum stuff{thumbup} Pretty proud of myself I cut apart my old Moroso oil pan that was damaged and cut the sump etc out of it and made my own dry sump pan! All welding was done by myself on this part so be gentile on me haha {thumbup}

Starting to make some progress its almost back to looking like its almost a car stage again! {thumbup} A ton of work left but def helps the motifation when you start looking at something more then a chassis!

Looking awesome Rob! tu Keep at it! Don't loose momentum..

I have to ask though, because every picture you have is from this angle..I'm not saying there's anything wrong with looking at such a beautiful turbo and intercooler...but how is the rest of it coming along?

Did you end up mounting your fabbed subframe?
